Growing up, I never gave a thought to being a writer. All I ever wanted to be was a traveler and explorer. Science-fiction allowed me to go places that were otherwise inaccessible, which is why I started reading it. I was going to be a lawyer, but I got saved.
Remembering Moira
DescriptionRemembering a very good friend on their anniversity.

Your name still brings a tear to an eye,
or a smile of a memory past.
Why you were taken, we'll always ask why?
and that question shall eternally last.
Why fate had chosen to take you that day,
it is not for us to know.
Our sun was obscured by a big cloud of grey,
all around us, grief was on show.
Now we remember, your wonderful life,
like the sweet perfection of time.
The fun, the joy, the occasional strife,
too much love, your only crime.
Six years have past since we last saw your face,
and we are the worst for this.
But we know you're surrounded by God's holy grace,
his hug, his hold and his kiss.
One day we hope to be, where you are now,
and if that day comes true.
we know you'll be there waiting on us,
to hug and hold and kiss too.
