Immature poets imitate; mature poets steal.
Hurt
Descriptionrecently my uncle got cancer, need to let out how I feel about it.
| |
I heard the news
Just last week
You were sick
And very week
A tear dropped down,
My face
Down flooded more,
At quick pace
They told me
It was cancer
I'll never forget
Yes,
A very severe case
I put on a brave face
Inside dying,
trying
To think positive
For you raised,
Me up
So i cant
Let you
down.

This is a warm and compassionate write oozing the love you have for your uncle,
The last six lines are powerful !!
May I suggest you read this to him, if you haven't already??
Thank you for sharing,
Kind regards,
Steve
