Musings on the cognitive dissonance experience of volunteering in the Society of St. Vincent dePaul. This is the uncomfortable feeling caused by holding conflicting ideas simultaneously and trying to reduce the dissonance.

This second and final part looks at God's place in the scheme of things, the special nature of the great Teachers and their message, a common misconception, some puzzling phenomena and how a larger conception of God can make Him more plausible and palatable to more people especially neutrals who are undecided and doubt the negative God that gets all the attention.

My take on this issue............

I am not an expert in these things, just an ordinary guy who can't do blind faith. This is a brief piece given the subject matter, I could write on the subject for hours.
