We will digitally format your work and make it available for sale via download to all major eReading devices and in more than 80 eBookstores worldwide. We will also list your work on our own eBookstore.

Package One

This package is suitable for authors who have a print-ready PDF of the contents of their book together with a cover image.

It covers preparation and uploading of your book to 80+ eBookstores. Titles are charged at €0.61 (including VAT) per page. 

An additional yearly fee of €10 (including VAT) applies to Package One.

Package Two

This package is for authors who have their book in Microsoft Word and need to have it laid out and the cover designed:

Design and layout work will be charged at €1.92 (incl. VAT) per page. The eventual pagecount of your eBook will differ from your pagecount in Word and we will advise you of the estimated pagecount once we have received your file. 

An additional yearly fee of €10 (including VAT) also applies to Package Two.

Booking deposits

We require a minimum booking deposit of €40 to secure your title’s place in our production schedule. Please email us directly at info@originalebooks.ie for details of how to transfer a booking deposit to us.

Publish your book in print!

Now that you are ready to order your eBook why not avail of our offer to provide one to ten printed copies of your work? Even if you have decided not to order an eBook you still have the option of having your work displayed for family and friends in printed copies, professionally produced to bookshop standard.

How it works

Supply us with a Word document and image for the cover. Your document must have a minimum of 20 pages when laid out and a maximum of 280 pages. We will then:

• Professionally layout inside pages and provide typography.
• Develop a full colour cover
• Provide you with one electronic proof for approval

Your finished book can be either a paperback or hardback with dust jacket or hardback with cover image wrapped. The dimensions of the book are 6 inches x 9 inches and the paper used is 90 GSM cream. Please note: Books with a total pagecount of under 68 pages will be saddle-stitched.

Delivery will normally be made with 12/15 days following approval by you of the electronic proof.

Pricing

The price tables are for paperback copies in both colour and black and white. If you are interested in hardback options, please contact us separately for an individual quote. 

Pricing with print-ready PDF

The prices below assume you are supplying a print-ready PDF. All prices are per copy.

* Prices do not include shipping costs. VAT is applicable in country to which books are shipped.

** Books with under 68 pages will be saddle-stitched rather than perfect bound.

Please note: For both packages a deposit of €25 is required upon receipt of your files for work to begin on your title.

Additional Layout Costs

If you supply your work as a Word file, it will incur a one-time fee of €1.08 per page for design and layout into PDF.
